the room was clean the air con worked well it was a comfortable space. the reception staff was very friendly and helpful . the pool was well kept it was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring.
the car park was often full finding a space could be challenging. the bathroom fan did not work properly steam lingered after showers. the room decor seemed a bit outdated some areas looked worn.

The location was close to everything i wanted to see. the reception staff were really friendly and helpful, so i felt very welcome. the room had a great size. The room was very clean when i arrived. i slept soundly on the super comfortable bed.
the air-conditioning did not work properly , so i had trouble sleeping. the parking was very tight, so maneuvering my car was difficult. it seems the parking is not suitable for larger vehicles or utes. the air was warm, though i had it set to cool at 20 degrees.

excellent hotel, few small issues

the room setting were very good. the shower included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner i find useful. the environment remain quiet , i were very happy with that. the bed was very comfortable compared to other places i stayed at.
the room smelled musty when i entered. i told the front desk, then room service put a smelly in. the smell returned the next day, but nothing more happened.

the staff was helpful during check-in process. the room was spacious. i enjoyed the balcony view that faced the road. laundry facilities were available which was convenient.
the lighting in the room was not good. it felt dim and uninviting. better lighting would greatly improve the ambiance.

the two-bedroom apartment was a good size and it had a balcony. it also had a dining table, tv, microwave, cooktop and a full size fridge freezer.
I had two nights of cold showers! i got shampoo on my head and the water went cold. i complained to staff but it was not fixed after the first night. It happened again the next night. the shampoo and conditioner provided had a strange smell, and considering we were in a tropical location, i would have preferred coconut scented products.
